The third in a planned series of "gateway signs" is now being built in front of Applebee's on Tittabawassee Road. This Kochville Township Downtown Development Authority gateway sign, as seen in the conceptual rendering, will welcome visitors exiting from I-675 to Kochville Township.

An exciting recent addition to this now-underway gateway sign is the decision by the DDA board to incorporate a solar energy and lighting system to make the sign visible during nighttime hours, too. They anticipate the sign to be fully completed during June.
